Turkish Blue Chalcedony Necklace, Bracelet and Earrings

Rare gemstone from Turkey. Unbelievably intense milky opaque to transparent blue color.  In the 13th Century, Albertus Magnus said it cured depression. In the 14th Century, Konrad von Megenburg conferred on it for powers of fertility and beauty. Gonelli wrote wrote in 1702, that it drove away nightmares.
